Champignons in the oven, simple and fast
- Champignons – 400-500 gr.
- Sour cream – 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon
- Salt – 1 tablespoon
- You can add paprika or your favorite set of spices to taste.
When buying champignons, pay attention that the caps are not open – this indicates the freshness of the mushrooms.
We wash the mushrooms
Dry with paper towels
Salt the mushrooms first
Then add spices
And after that add sour cream and mayonnaise
Gently but thoroughly mix
Leave warm for 30-40 minutes
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C and put the mushrooms for 30 minutes.
It is better to put the mushrooms on a baking sheet so that each mushroom lies separately, and not in a bunch.
