Chicken cutlets. The fastest recipe. The recipe is suitable for both burgers and nuggets.
We haven’t seen each other for a long time, so I congratulate you on all the past holidays: Merry Christmas, Happy New Year!
And the first recipe in the coming year. Simple, fast and very tasty. I hope the next recipes will be the same.
- Chicken breast – 1.1 kg
- Onion – 125 g
- Breadcrumbs – 100 g
- Sunflower oil – 75-100 ml (for frying)
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
- Coriander – 1/2 teaspoon
Sometimes, instead of just coriander, I add Khmeli-Suneli, a fragrant set of spices. It usually consists of: fenugreek, dill, parsley, basil, paprika, coriander, chili, turmeric. It turns out even tastier.
1.Finely chop the breast. With a meat grinder, blender or just a knife.
2.Clean the onion and rub it on a fine grater – the smaller the better, since the breast is cooked very quickly, and chopped or grated coarse onions may not be cooked during this time. And you get a tender cutlet with crispy raw onions. Which is not very good.
3.If the onion has given a lot of liquid, then pour it out. You can squeeze the onion a little.

6.Knead the minced meat well until smooth.
7.Make small balls from minced meat. Then we flatten them slightly to make round blanks with a diameter of 6-7 centimeters and a height of not more than 1.5 cm.
8.Pour breadcrumbs into a flat container
9.Roll each piece of cutlets on all sides in them. Pressing lightly so that the breadcrumbs stick well.
10.Heat up the pan and oil. The oil level in the pan should be at least 1/3 the height of the patty.
11.Warm up the pan and oil, reduce the heat to medium
12.Shake each cutlet lightly to remove excess breadcrumbs. Otherwise, the crumbs will just burn in the pan.
13.And put the cutlets in the pan. Just don’t put too many of them in there. Make sure they don’t even touch each other.
14.Fry on each side for 4-5 minutes (Two sides, respectively, our cutlets will be fried for 8 to 10 minutes). If you’re not sure the cutlets are done, feel free to take one out and cut it in half. There are no red spots and blood, excellent, then it’s ready. (chicken is not a meat that can be eaten raw).
15.The dish is ready.

Cutlets, by the way, you can take on a picnic with you. Prepare in advance, at home, and fry them in nature on the grill or barbecue. Also delicious.

You can make or buy burger buns and then make the cutlets a little larger in diameter. And here’s a delicious homemade chickenburger for you. Children eat with pleasure. Do not forget then to buy lettuce leaves and pickled cucumbers.
You can also make minced meat not cutlets, but small sticks, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in a large amount of oil (deep-fried for 2-3 minutes). And we get delicious homemade nuggets.
