Chicken wings in beer

- Chicken wings – 900 grams
- Beer – 100 ml
- Salt – 1 tablespoon
- Garlic – 3-4 cloves
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
We wash the wings, remove the tips. However, there are lovers to gnaw them instead of seeds. But in this case, it is still better to cut them off and bake them separately. Otherwise, they may burn out until the wings themselves are ready.
Salt the wings, squeeze the garlic and stir well. We try to rub every piece.
Let rest and soak a little for about 15 minutes, and then add the beer. We mix.
Add vegetable oil, cover with cling film and put in the refrigerator.
Let stand for an hour.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, bottom + top + convection mode.
20 minutes before cooking, take the wings out of the refrigerator, let them stand a little warm.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil and lay out the wings.
45-50 minutes and you’re done.
Yes, by the way, if you decide to cook the tips, then we marinate in the same way, cook on the same baking sheet along with the wings, just lay them out after 35-40 minutes, and the wings continue to cook further.
