Chicken wings kebab
Great recipe, the wings are perfect.
- Chicken wings – 1.5 kg (15 pieces turned out)
- Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
- Paprika – 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric – 1 teaspoon
- Red pepper – 1/3 teaspoon
- Salt – 1 tablespoon
- Onion – 1 medium onion
Marinate for at least 1 hour, but not more than a day. The wings come out great. Try it, you will succeed.
Let’s prepare the wings. Rinse well and cut off the extreme phalanx. This is the thinnest part, there is nothing tasty and interesting in it, and it burns on the grill.
Salt and add all the spices: paprika, red pepper and turmeric. Mix well so that each wing is covered with spices.
We cut the onion into half rings, squeeze the onion to the juice right above the meat and put it in a container with wings. Mix and let stand for 20-30 minutes
After 20-30 minutes, add vegetable oil. We close the container with wings with a film and put it in the refrigerator.
Wings are fried on the grill quickly. First, fry on one side for 3-5 minutes, turn over – another 3-5 minutes on the other. And so on until ready. If the coals are properly prepared, then the wings are fried in general – 25-30 minutes.
