  • Champignons – 700 grams
  • Mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon
  • Sour cream (any fat content, but not sour) – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1/2 tablespoon
  • Khmeli-Suneli – 1 teaspoon

Khmeli-suneli is a set of Caucasian spices, but you can add any spices to your taste

Choose mushrooms with unopened caps – this indicates the freshness of the mushrooms. And try to choose mushrooms of the same size. If it was not possible to pick up all the same, then string them on metal skewers – large to large, small to small.

Wash mushrooms

Put the mushrooms in a deep bowl

Add Salt

Add spices and mix thoroughly, but gently

Add mayonnaise and sour cream

We mix, again we do everything carefully so as not to damage the mushrooms

Leave warm for 30-40 minutes. In the meantime, you can light the grill.

We string on skewers, it is better to string them at an angle so that the mushrooms do not hang on the skewers. Otherwise, you can be tormented to turn them over)

Fry until cooked through, usually no more than 20 minutes.
