Grilled pork loin
For this recipe, we took pork loin on the bone.
This part of the pork is the juiciest. And one of the most expensive among other parts of pork
- Pork – 5 pcs
- Salt – 1 tablespoon
- Onion – 1 pc (medium)
- Black pepper – 1/3 teaspoon
- Paprika – 1 teaspoon
We wash the meat and clean it of excess fat and small bones.
Place in a flat bowl with rims.
Sprinkle with salt, add spices and mix thoroughly.
Cut the onion into half rings, squeeze and add to the container with the meat.
Mix everything thoroughly
Cover with foil and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Half an hour before cooking, we take the meat out of the refrigerator and let it stand for half an hour.
You can fry on the grill if there is no special cast-iron grill for the barbecue.
Cooking time – no more than 25 minutes. Regularly, every 3-5 minutes, turn over.
Readiness is determined near the bone – if the meat does not bleed, then it is ready.
