  • Lamb neck – 1 pc
  • Dry garlic – 2 teaspoons
  • Mustard – 1 tablespoon
  • Sunflower oil – 1 tablespoon
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Salt – 2 teaspoons
  • Rosemary – 1 sprig
  • Water – 1 liter

We clean the neck from any films and excess. Sprinkle with salt and garlic and rub well on all sides. We also carefully grease with mustard and sunflower oil. Then we cover the container with meat with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

After 2-3 hours, we take the meat out of the refrigerator, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the meat on a baking sheet with high sides. Pour water, put it there – on a baking sheet, a sprig of rosemary and an onion cut in half. We put the tray in the oven.

As soon as the meat is browned, it usually takes 60-80 minutes, we take out the baking sheet, cover it with foil and set it to cook further. As a result, cooking takes two and a half hours.

By the way, 40 minutes before cooking, you can add sliced ​​potatoes on a baking sheet.
