Lamb shoulder grilled in the oven

Whole shoulder of lamb grilled in the oven.
- Shoulder of a young lamb – 1 pc.
- Salt – 2 teaspoons
- Black pepper – 1 pinch
- Light beer – 150 ml
- Sunflower oil – 1 tablespoon
Wash the meat, cut off excess films and fat.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides and rub the spices well. Then pour beer, and also on both sides, massage the meat. Add a couple of tablespoons of sunflower oil there. And we let it lie down first in the warmth for about 30 minutes, then again pour the marinade that you have gathered in the container and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour – an hour. In fact, you don’t even have to put it in the fridge. The lamb is young. You can just let it marinate in the warmth while the oven heats up to 220 degrees C (grill mode).
We put a rack in the middle of the oven, and an empty baking sheet on the bottom tier.
Grease the rack with sunflower oil, and pour water into the baking sheet.
The oven is preheated, now put the meat on the grate. After 20 minutes, carefully flip to the other side and bake for another 20 minutes.
Then take out and wrap in foil for 5-7 minutes. Let it rest.
