Pasta with chicken fillet
Hi friends! A new recipe for a hearty lunch or dinner.
The amount of ingredients below will make 4-5 servings.
- Linguine (Linguine n.4) – 500 gr
- Chicken fillet – 400 gr
- Onion – 1 small onion
- Tomato paste – 3 teaspoons
- Flour – 3 teaspoons
- Milk – 100 ml
- Salt – 1-2 teaspoons
- Olive oil – 3 tablespoons
- Butter – 50 gr
For serving, you can use fresh herbs, such as parsley, basil, oregano or chives. Home grown herbs are always better. And how to grow it at home, you can find out from our friends at this link.
First, prepare the fillet and onion. We cut the fillet into thin strips, the onion into half rings.
Boil water, salt a little (half a teaspoon per liter of water) and dip the linguine there.
Cook in boiling water for 6 minutes until al dente.
At the same time, put a deep frying pan on medium heat, pour olive oil into it.
Put the onion in the pan, fry, stirring for 3-5 minutes. Then add chicken fillet.
Stir-fry for another 3-5 minutes.
Add 3 teaspoons of flour to the pan, do not forget to stir, after 2 minutes add tomato paste and milk. Salt (1 teaspoon)
Stir and let it cook for 10-12 minutes.
After 10-12 minutes, add just boiled linguine here and mix.
All! The dish is ready.
You can garnish it with herbs.
For variety, you can change the ingredients. For example, add garlic; instead of milk, use chicken stock, or just add it to milk.
