Potatoes with chicken fillet and cheese in the oven
Hi friends! Another easy recipe to make
- Chicken fillet – 1 piece
- Potato – 1,2 kg
- Champignons – 50 g
- Onion – 1 medium onion
- Mayonnaise – 3-4 tablespoons
- Salt – 3-4 teaspoons
- Cheese – 100-120 g
- Sunflower oil for frying and greasing the mold
Clean the chicken fillet from excess films and cut into strips across the fibers. Not thicker than 1 cm.
Cut potatoes into equal slices. Onions and champignons in half rings.
Marinate the potatoes and fillet a little: put the chopped potatoes and fillet in a deep container, salt (2 teaspoons), put all the mayonnaise indicated in the recipe and mix well. You can add here a tablespoon of sunflower oil, mix, cover with a film and let it stand.
Pour a couple of tablespoons of oil into the pan and put the onion there, fry for 3-4 minutes, add chopped mushrooms here. And fry for 7 minutes over medium heat.
Cool down. Then mix with potatoes.
Grease the baking dish with oil, and spread the mixture of potatoes with champignons here. Level it.
Heat the oven to 400°F, cover the baking dish with potatoes with foil and put on the middle tier in the oven. Mode – top + bottom + convection. 30-35 minutes will be cooked.
While grating the cheese.
After 30-35 minutes, we take out the baking dish, remove the foil, sprinkle cheese on top, level it, you can still pour sunflower oil on top (1 tablespoon is enough).
And put the baking dish back in the oven for 15 minutes.
